We list the business services with you, what they depend on and the order they come back in.
How we workWe take over backup and recovery for organisations with their own IT team or an IT supplier: the daily operations, the tests and the work during an incident. Your data stays in the Netherlands.
An ERP system, the customer service application, the machines that keep production running. A recovery plan starts with the work your people need to be able to do.

How we workBackup knowledge, daily checks and recovery work move to a team with cover and a written process.
Who does whatIf your own hardware is down you need capacity, network access and the right permissions somewhere else. We arrange that in advance.
Disaster recoveryWe work it out with you per business process: revenue you miss, people who can’t work, penalties and the cost of recovery itself. Then you can weigh what recovery is worth to you.
Orders, invoices and appointments that don’t happen while systems are down.
Hours of staff waiting, plus the overtime to catch up afterwards.
Contractual penalties, missed deadlines and customers who go elsewhere.
Your board wants to know what comes back, in what order and how quickly. Your IT team wants proof. Both come out of a test.
How much data can you afford to lose, and how long can it be down? We record that per service, with its dependencies.
We restore the applications and network dependencies in scope and write down what worked and what needs fixing.
Who gives the go-ahead, who does each task, and who confirms that the business can work again.
We work alongside your IT department and suppliers. If production and recovery depend on the same people and the same hardware, one incident can take out both.
Decisions, application owners, sign-off.
Everyday IT, changes, incident coordination.
Backups, checks, restores, DR and failback.
Our own software, our own private cloud in an Amsterdam data centre and ISO 27001:2022 certification. That makes the security questionnaire a short conversation.
Your backups sit in our data centre in Amsterdam. Nobody can log in to the protected copies, not even your own administrators.
We write down what we manage, the recovery objectives, how escalation works and what stays with you.
Before you sign, we check platforms, capacity, network dependencies and restore requirements.
Restore reports, recovery plans and logs you can hand to your auditor or supervisor without rewriting them.

No. We do backup, recovery and migrations. Your own team or supplier keeps running production IT, and we agree together where the line is.
Yes. Microsoft 365 backup is a common first step. You can also start with one business service or a group of servers and grow from there.
We set recovery objectives per service. What is realistic depends on the design, the backup frequency, dependencies, capacity and the kind of incident. After a cyber attack we may first need to investigate before we can pick a recovery point.
Bring the list of critical services and how they are backed up today. We’ll turn it into a concrete plan.
