Back up the tenant
Every day, or more often if you need it, we copy the changes from Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, plus basic Entra ID data such as users, groups and memberships. The copy is stored in our data centre in Amsterdam, outside your Microsoft tenant.

Something gets deleted
A finance library disappears and the second-stage recycle bin is emptied. A group with eighteen members is gone as well. In Microsoft 365 that data can no longer be recovered. Our copy is not touched, because it lives outside the tenant and is immutable.

Together with you we pick the last moment the library was complete, here 16 October at 22:00. You can see what that version contains before anything is restored.

Restore
We put the 1,214 items back where they were, with their folder structure, and recreate the group with its members. Afterwards we count and check what came back and report it in the ticket.
In short
Deleted mail, files or groups do not have to stay lost. You call us, we restore, and the backup itself never sat inside the tenant that went wrong.
Technical detail
- Covers Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data, plus basic Entra ID objects such as users, groups and memberships. This is not a full tenant rebuild: conditional access, app registrations and similar configuration are out of scope unless agreed.
- Restores to the original location or to an alternative account or site, for example when the original user has already been removed.
- Retention is set by you and is independent of Microsoft retention policies. The copy is stored immutable in our Amsterdam data centre.

Mail and files get lost in very ordinary ways.
Someone deletes a SharePoint library, a leaver’s mailbox is removed, an account is taken over and files are encrypted in OneDrive. Microsoft’s own retention only goes so far back.

Can you rebuild our whole Microsoft 365 or Entra tenant?
No. Basic Entra ID backup covers supported objects such as users and groups. We confirm exactly which objects, workloads and restore actions are included. Don’t count on rebuilding every identity setting or the entire tenant from this service.
Where is the backup stored?
In our own private cloud in an Amsterdam data centre, separate from your Microsoft 365 environment.
Can we try it with one client first?
Yes. Partners often start with Microsoft 365 backup for one client and a first restore test. The commercial arrangements are agreed before onboarding.
